Our interview process.
The first step is reviewing your resume. If we like what we see, you will have a 20 minute interview with our recruiter.
The second interview will be with one of the team leads and will take about 30 minutes. This is a relatively informal setting and you will get the opportunity to tell more about yourself and you will get to learn more about our company, our projects and our way of working.
We will not give you an assignment to work on in your own time, instead we will do a technical assessment in the third interview. You can’t really prepare for this, just trust yourself and your skills! This interview will take 60 to 90 minutes.
The fourth interview is a 30-min chat with our local CEO to tell you more about the direction and ambitions of the company, but also your ambitions.
Note: each interview will be planned on a different day. We aim to complete the interview cycle within 2 weeks.
If you think you have what we’re looking for, then we’d love to hear from you. Hit that apply button now.
