The Mobile Company joined forces with the Apadmi Group in 2022 and we have been working as partners since to grow and become the biggest mobile agency in Europe. Our Dutch office is in the Houthavens in Amsterdam and we create digital solutions to mobilise growth for leading organisations and their customers. We do that by solving complex business problems and delivering enriching experiences for people on the move across mobile, web and digital platforms.
The group has a team of over of over 250 in-house experts who work with our clients to define their digital vision, design and engineer transformational products. Our work helps to solve business challenges for the likes of Fokker, BBC, The Wonder Weeks, Chelsea FC, TB Auction, Van Oord, Vodafone and Domino’s.
Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll join our Sales team who is responsible for bringing in new business to further strengthen our customer portfolio.
In this role, you’ll be tasked to look for interesting new potential customers, qualify and do the initial development of incoming leads and organizing creds meetings. As a Sales Executive you aren’t only responsible for the initial contact with the prospect; you will also work with others in the sales team to support the pitches.
In addition you will participate in our industry events for face to face engagement with prospects to further drive demand.
What you’ll do
Promote the Apadmi & the Mobile Company brand. Key elements of the role include:
Researching and finding appropriate ways to connect with target individuals
Contacting Ideal Customer Contacts, to invite them to events, dinners, and meetings with our key team members
Be relentless in your pursuit of success for setting up meetings
Be confident on the phone, email, and via networking tools such as LinkedIn
Learn and understand the Apadmi group proposition and learn the examples of the digital solutions we have delivered for our clients
Be able to articulate the Apadmi group story and tailor to the needs of the prospect
Collaborate with other colleagues to profile specific industry focused lead generation campaigns.
Participate in pitches and learn from other sales colleagues during the different stages of the sales cycle.
Periodically support Marketing during key events and driving quality attendance.
Perform customer profiling and build relevant engagement strategies to secure qualified meetings and contribute to new pipeline opportunities
Experience in using and maintaining Sales and CRM tools such as LinkedIn, Lusher & Salesforce for all activity
Delivering against clear KPI targets e.g. qualified meetings per week
Actively seek networking opportunities to develop your prospect contact list
Analysing market opportunities by using data and insights
Be an Apadmi brand ambassador, promoting our values everyday
What we’re looking for
Ideally, you’ll have experience working in a similar role, preferably in a digital consultancy or software development environment, however we can teach you this if you have the right skills. We’re looking for someone who fits the following:
You have at least 2 years of experience in a new business role.
You have great communication skills both verbally and written
You are proactive, inventive, curious and agile in your approach to generating opportunities
You are ambitious, commercial and know how to plan your work to get results
You’ll be able to understand what the client requirements are and translate into opportunities
You’ll be able to listen and flex your pitch accordingly
